Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days for all in-stock items.

Shipping Zones

Right now, we’re only shipping within the United States via USPS—but we’re exploring ways to bring Felis Lux to more cats and their humans worldwide.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

  • Free shipping on U.S. orders over $100

  • For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout using USPS Priority or First Class options

  • Delivery times begin once your order has been fulfilled—not when it’s placed

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its journey home.
