Return Policy
We want you—and your cat—to love everything you receive from Felis Lux. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to feline health and hygiene considerations, most items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To request a return, please email us at care@felislux.com.
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with instructions on how to send your item back.
Please don’t send any items without contacting us first—we won’t be able to accept unapproved returns.
Exceptions

Collars may be returned if they do not fit. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt, and return the item within 14 days. Collars must be in new condition, with no signs of wear or tear.

All other items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect (see below).

We do not accept returns on gift cards.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at care@felislux.com.
