The Cats

Meet the Cats

Behind every Felis Lux design is the insight and instinct of our most trusted product testers. These four cats help guide everything we create, not just with their feedback, but with their very distinct personalities. Get to know the true heartbeat of Felis Lux.

Millie

Age: 10½ years
Role: Prey Simulation Expert, Emotional Support Lead

Millie is small in size and massive in presence. At just six pounds, she channels her inner panther the moment the Prey Wand appears, stalking, pouncing, and hunting with laser focus. It’s her favorite thing in the world, along with snuggling and staying close to her people.

Rescued at around a year old after surviving on the streets and losing a litter of kittens, Millie carries deep emotional intelligence and some attachment anxiety to match. She thrives on affection and reassurance, and she makes sure her humans always know she wants to be near.

Hobo

Age: 8 years
Role: Chaos Coordinator, Shoulder Scout

Hobo is equal parts chaos and charm. Named for the white "hobo gloves" on her front paws, she’s never met a cabinet she didn’t want to explore or a high shelf she didn’t want to conquer. Her confidence is unmatched, and her internal clock is frighteningly accurate when it comes to mealtime. If you’re late, you’ll hear about it.

Beneath the sass and shenanigans, Hobo is all heart. One of her favorite moves is leaping onto shoulders to ride around the house, taking in the view from her mobile perch. She’s affectionate, curious, and always up to something — and we wouldn’t have her any other way.

Luna

Age: 10 years
Role: Boundaries Coach, Wellness Supervisor

Luna is the elder stateswoman of the house — dignified, discerning, and completely uninterested in your nonsense. She prefers solo play, especially with her beloved foam ball, and tends to ignore the antics of the others unless they directly interfere with her peace and quiet.

While she may act aloof, Luna is deeply loyal. She takes her role as a wellness monitor seriously, especially when someone isn’t feeling well, often curling up as a grounding weight and refusing to leave. She’s picky with her affection, but when she chooses you, you know it means something.

Weebs (Wee Beastie)

Age: 6 years
Role: Toy Tester, Cuddle Ambassador

Weebs is pure joy in feline form. She’s our biggest cat, but thanks to a congenital eye condition and a half-formed meow, she still thinks she’s a kitten. Her squeaky little sounds are completely endearing, and her favorite part of playtime is not just the game itself, but being the center of attention.

When she’s not chasing toys or stealing snacks from the others, she’s napping in the most inconveniently adorable places. Her favorite spot is the top of the stairs, where she positions herself so you must pet her as you pass. She’s sweet, soft, and endlessly lovable — a simple pleasure in cat form.
